THIS IS LONG BUT I BEG YOU, PLEASE READ AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! They should have minus 5 Stars My husband took our van into Elliots Electric to get our Check engine light fixed. They charged us 472.41 on 12/5/25 and said the issue was fixed and the light was off. We picked up our van and drove it for 1 day and the light came back on. My husband took our van back and they checked it out again and he paid them 764.17 and they said they had now definitely fixed the problem. My husband drove it up to Black Canyon city a few days later where the light came back on a 2nd time and he took it back and they charged us another 1034.70 I would have at this point demanded my money back but I was otherwise handeling another urgent issue. He drove it to I17 which was about 10 miles and the light came back on again a 3rd time I found out and told him to not pay one more dime. Elliotts wanted to still at this point wanted to charge us yet anothr 900 I tried to cancel all charges with my bank but Elliots fought me and won. The end result is by 4/2026 we were charged 2271.28 in total to make a repair on our van that they NEVER FIXED This business as you can see has no morals and they have no issue with taking your money and NOT PERFORMING the job you entrust them with. Again, I BEG YOU, DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS, If you do, you do to your own detriment. They know my husband and I didnt have a lot of money and are on SS and ripped us off anyway by charging us 2271.28 and never fixed the problem. To make it even worse we had to take it to another mechanic to get it fixed costing over another 2K This has caused us a great amout of financial and mental stress and Elliots could have prevented it by at least offering to return even a portion of our money at any time in good faith and good customer service. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE.

I had an excellent experience with this auto shop! They removed a LoJack tracking device that had been draining my car battery and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, walked me through each step and completed the job efficiently. What I especially appreciated was their financing payment options, which made things much easier for me. I chose Koalafi financing, which turned out to be the best fit. The interest rate is very reasonable, particularly if you pay it off within the 90 day purchase option. Overall the shop offers great customer service, fair pricing and flexible payment options. If you need reliable and honest auto work or are dealing with a battery-draining device like a LoJack I would definitely recommend this place!

A few weeks ago, I got my 1961 Lincoln Continental back from Elliott’s, and it’s running better than when I first got it! My car randomly died on me one day while driving, and a neighbor recommended I take it to Elliott’s. I was hesitant at first because (1) it’s a classic car, (2) I didn’t know what the cost would be, and (3) I saw mixed Google reviews. But let me tell you—John and the team exceeded every expectation. John assured me they could handle the car and promised it would be running better than ever, and he delivered. When it came to cost, he worked with me to create a budget and kept me informed every step of the way, so there were no surprises. The level of care and professionalism was incredible—they even brought in additional help when needed to make sure everything was done right. Everyone’s experience is different, but mine was absolutely top-notch. Thanks to John and the team, my ’61 Lincoln is now a reliable daily driver if I want it to be, and I couldn’t be happier. Crazy thing happened to me. Standing outside of my car about to put gas in it. Car started and started driving by itself. I was able to reach inside and take it out of gear. However, I discovered the ignition was fully in flames. Googled automotive electric repair, found Elliot’s. Spoke with John, very helpful, very accommodating. John said, “you called the right place “!!!. John set up a tow car arrived at the shop. Elliot’s found that my ignition switch had shortened out and caught on fire. Charles the technician replaced my ignition switch, and cut out & cleared all of the messy wiring. They do fast quality work, for a fair price. My car is a 1970, BMW, 2002. I recommend this shop to anyone, especially old school cars…. Thank you John & Elliotts for making this an easy process
