The gentleman Carlos, really helped out our family alot. We hit a pot hole on the I17 and got a flat right off of Black Canyon Freeway. As much as I tried I could not get two of the lug nuts off of the tire rim. We slowly got off of Buckeye and looking to pull over. Carlos happened to be in front of the shop and waved us in. He was able to get them off with a little bit of WD40. Gave the kids some cold water bottles and got the tire changed fast. We can't thank him enough and definitely recommend this place to anyone.
