I had an amazing experience at Cobra. I came in to get all 4 tires replaced. I had no issues scheduling, the guy on the phone was very professional and friendly! They knocked my car out quick and gave me a sweet deal. I definitely recommend cobra for all of your cars needs! Now she runs like a dream!!!!!
View on GoogleCobra Auto put a new battery in my Truck. I Drove my truck back home and the Audio system dint work. My speakers were blown out. My audio system work fine before. I arrived. My Audio express said tech said apparently they arent very good. They damaged your system. Cobra Auto fix the problem and reimburst me for the blown speakers. I called them and they just said go to Audio express. Cobra was responsible for the damage and just blew me off. Wont go back there again and my audio system is jacked up. Routine battery check and my system is damaged. Never again.
View on GoogleI made an appointment to have my brake fluid changed and drove half an hour to get there. When I pulled up, I was expecting to wait while they completed the service, something that usually takes no more than 30 to 60 minutes. Instead, I was told I had to leave my car and come back later to pick it up later that day! This was never mentioned when I scheduled the appointment by phone. When I brought it up, the staff insisted I had been told, making it seem like I was lying. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. For a simple service like a brake fluid change especially when I had an appointment this should’ve been handled much better. Poor communication and attitude like that are enough to make me take my business elsewhere.
View on GoogleWent in to have my throttle body checked after my car stalled twice at a red light. I only asked for a quick inspection to see if cleaning was needed. Instead, I was asked to wait a long time and then told to leave my keys without any clear explanation of what would be done or the cost. My concern wasn’t properly addressed, and no straightforward answer was given. Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency. Not a good experience.
