Trey, Mike, and all the other employees I’ve encountered at Clutch were amazing! They took on a very difficult job to get my truck in immaculate running condition. They ran into some challenges along the way but did everything they possible to ensure my truck was fixed. They didn’t give up and I appreciate this team so much. I didn’t want to take my vehicle anywhere else. After my first interaction with them, their warmth, customer service, and knowledge I immediately knew I could truck them with my truck and I’m glad of my decision to stick by them. My overall experience was great, Customer service was good communication was definitely on point, I actually loved the fact that I didn’t have to pay for them to tell me what was wrong with my car like everybody else I called. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to make a dollars felt like they really cared and was telling me what was best for my situation. I would highly recommend clutch to others! Great job guys!

I love everything about this place! My car broke down unexpectedly, and I literally called the first tow truck company that came up on Google that was close by. When I called, Trey answered and got me setup with a tow real quick, and he mentioned they do free diagnostics for the problem, and that they were also a body shop- I love when the person that answers the phone is actually helpful and offers more information. The tow truck gentleman was super friendly, and got there within 30 minutes or so. From the moment I walked in the at their shop, every person I spoke to was kind and courteous, and I couldn’t complain about the music coming from the shop while I waited. After diagnostic, they were able to order and pick up the necessary part, and Estevan even made the time and did the repair within the same day!! My car is driving great now, and Kristen even gave me a new customer discount to boot! What a great experience from start to finish!! I will definitely be back there in the future and make recommendations to friends and family!

First impression...very nice people greeted me. I was early but took my car immediately. I brought it in for ac issue but they did a full inspection of my car with pictures. It's not great seeing all the issues with your vehicle but it's comforting knowing what might be a problem. I decided to use clutch to fix my ac issue. I researched a couple places before coming to clutch. With their full inspection and qouted price they were the best option for me. I had my ac compressor replaced. It took pretty much one full day to get my car back and the issue is resolved. They gave me a 2 year warranty with roadside assistance included. I'm happy with my choice and would recommend them
