Robert and the team at Christian brothers on happy valley rd are awesome. I went in because my brakes seized. They were helpful from the beginning and when the diagnostic took place had no problems answering my questions. Not only that but sent me pictures and videos. They recommended repairs but also took care to not replace parts that didnt need replacing which ultimately saved over 1000 dollars on the repair. I found them to be professional and caring as well as showing a high level of integrity which in my opinion is rare in this day and age.

First class. Clean shop, technicians are experienced and highly skilled. I don't know how they stay so clean and look so professional. Great waiting room and a staff that makes you feel welcome. The work is done timely and you are informed of the progress of your repair. Your vehicle is treated with care and respect on their property. I felt like I got my money's worth. I recommend this business.

Great friendly service that fit me in last minute. I flew from Kansas to Phoenix to purchase a vehicle. I called and asked the day before if they could fit me in for a pre-purchase inspection. They got me in, provided a very in-depth service, then gave me a very detailed report which they explained to me of their findings. I was greeted very warmly from the moment I entered the store. They also provided water, coffee, and friendly conversation. Highly recommend if you are in the Phoenix area.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. The worst part is that it’s happened twice! The first time they accidentally drained my transmission fluid, then did the oil change and I sat there for almost 4 hours while they tracked down the right stuff for my car. At least that time they took care of me and said it was on the house. Today, May 22nd I went in for a standard oil change again thinking there’s no possible way this takes over an hour. Upon their inspection, which I did not consent to, I only consented to the oil change they told me the air filters needed changing and I agreed and they said it would take a short amount of time. (Mind you this was already an hour and a half into my “oil change”. They then proceeded to order the wrong filters not once, but twice! Finally they sent one of their own guys out to find the correct air filters and brought them back and installed them. It was 4 hours after my appointment and it absolutely destroyed my day, I had to call out of work, and I was late coming home for a family trip. The cherry on top was I still had to pay full price, the friendly man who was helping me said he took down the price but in the invoice there was no sign of discount what so ever. I have been coming to this shop since we moved into the area a year and half ago but I don’t think there is any way I can go back after having something so simple blow up in my face twice.

Christian Brothers Auto Shop, is not only professional but they are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. Angel, was the representative who helped us with our business van and he let us know everything that was needing to be repaired from immediate repairs to less immediate repairs. They take pictures also! Not to mention the garages area where they work on your vehicle is so immaculate, including the front lobby.
