I've worked with Garrett at other shops before and specifically came here because he continues to be exceptionally honest when it comes to my vehicles. At a different branch, I was told I needed new brakes and rear shocks. The team here checked them out and let me know they are both still in good condition. This is my new go-to for repairs and maintenance. The staff is very respectful and take the time to explain and answer questions in a no pressure environment. On my most recent visit for a safety inspection I interacted with Uri. I really appreciated that he investigated the issue I was having and took a conservative and reassuring approach. He could have easily pushed for a costly repair on my old car. He was also quick to apply a coupon they had available for today and in my estimate.
