View on GoogleI have not had good luck with corporate owned auto shops. However, Alan and Brakes Plus went above and beyond! I got a notification on my dash that my tire pressure was low. After stopping at three different gas stations to try to find an air fill station that actually functioned, I was dismayed to see that my tire pressure had not increased. I rolled into brakes plus and Alan immediately helped me out and did not even charge me. It turned out my tire pressure was way lower than my dash was even reading. It was a serious safety hazard. Alan and Brakes Plus made sure I was safe and got me back on the road almost immediately. Thanks guys!
View on GoogleJust had my brakes inspected on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with over 150,000 miles. Sean said they still look like new and measured 10mm front and 8mm rear. Since I've never replaced the brakes on this vehicle, I was truly surprised and appreciate the honesty I received. Thank you for your great customer service.
