Friendly and honest staff. I’ve brought my car here on several occasions for maintenance work needed on my car. Brakes, a belt, spark plugs and even oil changes. During my original inspection, the associate went over everything in detail with me and answered all of my questions. I appreciate their patience with me since I don’t know a whole lot of about car stuff, and I never feel like I’m being scammed. Their prices are reasonable and every associate I’ve spoke to at this location has been super reliable and friendly. Highly recommend!

I've trusted brakes plus since 2012 across 2 states. They were reliable,fair, honest. Went above and beyond. That has changed... since being acquiring by the Mavis Tire co. There is a high turnover of mgmt, let alone staff, at the stores and it is not good. This was my first time at this specific location, and Levi put my fears at ease and gave me that old Brakes Plus warm and fuzzy... spent $700+. I came to pick up my car and didn't notice till late that night that my handicap decal (permanent) was gone. It was hanging from the mirror when I dropped my car off but not there now. After searching all over my vehicle, thinking maybe a tech tossed it in the car. I got an automated reply from the email I sent on Sunday night to complaints... When I called the store Monday morning it didn't seem to be a big deal to them. After several calls, and being left on hold multiple times like I wasn't at work, I called the Corp customer service line, left a message and was told the regional manager would get back to me STAT. Ha! I've since ordered a new placard, and was told by the police it wasn't uncommon for repair shops to take those placards and to check when I get my car back in the future. I got more empathy and compassion from them than Brakes Plus. Customers beware... Take it with you.

Outstanding! I went in with a list from my dealership. Brakes Plu inspected my car and agreed all work from the list should be completed. Antonio took care of everything! He was kind and helpful. Brakes plus saved me LOTS of money compared to my dealership. Antonio even arranged a Lyft for me so I didn't have to wait for my car in the waiting room. Thank you so much!

Had an excellent experience at Brakes Plus! Armando was extremely helpful, honest, and professional from start to finish. They completed both the inspection and repair quickly (from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.), and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell anything—only recommended what was actually needed. It’s hard to find trustworthy service like this. Highly recommend!
