I have mixed feelings about this Break Masters location. I made an appointment to get my breaks replaced and that service was exceptional. I was pleased with the service and the price. I was especially pleased with Mike's demeanor. I was so impressed with my first visit I decided to make an appointment the following week to get an oil change and see what it would cost to get my headlight bulb replaced. I was told it would be overr $430 to replaced the bulb. I was told the bulb itself was $330. I declined and just got the oil done. While waiting for the oil change to be completed I ordered the bulb for $117, as I got a 20% off coupon from Advanced Auto Parts for an online order (the bulb was originally $139). It took me less than 5 minutes to replace the bulb. Break Masters was trying to nearly triple the cost of a bulb and charge $100 in labor. As a result I will not come back. It's a shame because Mike is such a nice guy!

Brakemasters #213 is the kind of shop my dad would feel confident sending me to. Every interaction I have had with staff has been friendly, professional, and straightforward. They've told me exactly what's wrong with my vehicle (or not wrong with it!) and what it will cost to fix it to get approval before doing the work. I've brought in a few different vehicles for various services over the years and never had a bad experience. They're honest and fair and go the extra mile every time.

View on GoogleThis is MY Brake Masters that I always go to no matter where I live. Greg always takes great care of my car, he is MY guy! I appreciate his help in figuring out what is best for my car, he explains things well and never makes me feel dumb. I had come for an oil change and new brake pads once but started hearing a weird clunking sound after I left. I brought my car back a few days later and explained the sound and situation to another employee there, he treated me like a "dumb girl". Greg came right up, remembered who I was and took over. He did find that they had not fully tightened a part and that was what was making the sound. He fixed the issue quickly, apologized, and gave me a coupon for my next service. Overall, most everyone at this location is great, they work fast and take good care of your car.

New pads and rotors, brake fluid, air filters and an oil change were all done within 2 hours. Very reasonable pricing here. I would definitely come here again.
