Rob and Travis took very good care of my car, while replacing my water pump, thermostat and housing and doing a general coolant flush. A factory part came in wrong and Rob was quick to get the proper housing unit delivered. I can say this much. I just finished restoring my car. These are the MOST honest mechanics and shop around town. I wish I would have had them do my alternator as well as my suspension work that I just got done on it. Thank you

I had my transmission serviced at this location in January for my 100,000 mile maintenance. Paid around $$150-$200 to get it done. During a routine oil change two weeks ago, I was told that my transmission was leaking. I looked at the Big O Tires repair warranty from my service in January and transmission services are NOT covered. I took my car to a different auto shop to get a diagnostic. Turns out, not only did the mechanics at Big O Tires overfill my transmission fluid, they reinstalled the transmission pan and filter incorrectly. As a result, the pan and filter were damaged and had to be replaced. I had to pay an additional $600 to properly fix my transmission. Safe to say that I will not be returning to Big O Tires.

I went in and talked to Rob Barnett about an issue with my power steering pump. He quickly assessed, and diagnosed the problem accurately. He could have easily told me I needed a power steering pump replacement but instead he fixed the issue with an inexpensive part and I was back on the road! It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop that will shoot straight. This big O location has been amazing!! I can easily give Rob and his crew my highest recommendation!! I’ll be back when I need new tires!
