Big O Tires

I came in and it was empty. I specifically asked the guy how long was the wait he said let me check. He came back and said no wait the board is clear. Cool, I proceeded with a service. I explained to him I wanted 2 new tires he quoted me $280 I said oh, Discount Tire has the same exact tires for $233 he said can you show me. I did and they agreed to price match me to $233. They must hate that and discriminate against women because they had me wait for 2 hours!!!!!!! For 2 tires! Again the waiting room was completely empty!! At 1.5 hours I inquired about my car and he said about 25 more mins. I said why the long wait? He claimed they were busy. I feel like they did this intentionally! I was better off going to Discount Tire but they were closed on Sunday. I should have waited 1 more day to go to them. DO NOT TRUST Big O Tires. This was intentional and discriminating!! Furthermore they never rotated my new tires to the back. Newest tires should always be placed to the rear axel for better traction and they left them in the front. Again do not trust this company for SAFETY, DILIGENCE OR TIMELINESS.

I recently visited Big O Tires, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The employees were not professional or courteous during my visit. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall interaction lacked basic respect and professionalism. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future customers.

If you’re looking for looking for service on your vehicle without any hassle or confusion definitely check out this location! I recommend talking to Kevin! He’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me with getting my vehicle the maintenance it needed without any gimmicks and or unnecessary repairs/fees. I don’t know much about cars but talking with him put me at ease and I got my repair done same day which rarely happens. They also offer a financing option which was a quick and easy process and helped me get my vehicle back on the road. Highly recommend!

Kevin took my call to make sure they had my specific battery in stock. He also gave me advice to keep safe in 100 degrees showing 4 houses to clients before I could get to the Big O Tires for a new battery. He got it switched out while I waited. I enjoyed cold water and free wi-fi, so I could work while I waited. At the end Kevin was able to get me a better price than quoted and I was grateful for the small break. I highly recommend this location and this staff member.

I’ve had my car serviced at this location (Northern) for the last 4-5 years. I’ve always had good service- and one of the great things about this location is that I feel they’ve always let me know if there’s an issue- and let me know if this is something that is urgent - or just something to be aware of. They don’t push needless services! I stopped in for an oil change - but had concerns because I had to drive over road debris on the freeway in rush hour traffic and was worried that there might have been damage to my suspension. I mentioned this to my service adviser Robert- and he had the technicians check for issues. No charge! I trust them with servicing my car. And I feel more comfortable with Big-O versus the Dealer: prices are better and I feel the quality of workmanship is just as good if not better. They are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Big-O.
