I just had to say Calvin knew is stuff. I had to have my whole motor replaced through my warranty company and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take care of my vehicle and my needs. Calvin was very on top of things and he communicated the best I have ever had with any repair shop. He updated me daily and at the end of the day they did amazing work. I have to shout out to the mechanic tech himself for such a great job in getting the swap out done and getting me back on the road. I would recommend this shop a 1000 times over. My literal Heroes. I was traveling from Tucson to Flagstaff when my brakes stopped functioning properly out of nowhere on the I-10! I’ve never been so scared. I was lucky enough to be in close proximity to BigBrand Tire and Auto because they handled my situation with care and compassion seeing a very scared single mom with her young boys post panic of such a scary experience. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my truck. Even better they were affordable. Calvin and his crew were so great!

Believe the 5 star reviews I work in the area and arrived with a low tire, not wanting to make the trip home I followed a co-worker recommendation and called Big Brand Tire to see if they could get me in quickly 10 minutes later I was in the waiting room 20 minutes later I was back at work A small obstruction had created a slow leak in my valve stem, they fixed the problem, verified with a water/soap test that I didn't have any leaks and I was on my way free of charge. I know not everyone will leave without a payment due but service like this makes one want to go back and give them your business. Couldn't be more satisfied There's little things too, the waiting area chairs were ridiculously comfortable and there was a nicely appointed coffee stand. Bookmark this shop and know the drive is worthwhile
