We were about to drive to Cali on a Sunday and found a nail in the side wall. Called up and spoke with Jordan and he got us in and out fast enough so we can make it to a dinner in San Diego. Highly recommend going here for quick and professional service.

Even though this place is always busy, the employees remain kind, helpful, and deliver outstanding customer service regardless of how packed they are. Our car has high-profile tires and custom rims, and they had no issue taking care of it with care and professionalism. One of the standout things about Big Brand is that they fix flats at no charge. such a great service! Be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours, so if possible, dropping off your car is the way to go. That said, it’s worth it because you can trust your vehicle is in good hands. What really stood out was the honesty, not once were we pressured into buying tires or additional products. It’s refreshing to know they genuinely care about what’s best for the customer and won’t recommend something unless it’s truly needed. Highly recommend this location for fair, honest, and quality service!

I just bought a 2015 Mini and wanted it checked out for any maintenance issues. Jordan informed me of the best time to come in, l was out of there in less than an hour and with a 👍 on a good vehicle. I take my other car to them for work also. I would totally recommend, the place is clean, wifi availability, and with fast and honest work!!

He took the time to explain and went out of his way to help and get my vehicle back to me asap. Its hard to find places that are honest and treat you well. Everyone here was great. I won't go anywhere else.
