Really recommend this store. They’re incredibly communicative with you regarding what they see happening with your vehicle and for us people who are less knowledgeable about vehicles, they’ll also explain very clearly regarding how important each repair is and what it will mean for your vehicle if you do or don’t make the repair. They aren’t “pushy” like some places feel and genuinely seem like they just want you to be as informed as possible on your vehicle. They’re also pretty reasonably priced along with that. I’ve never felt much loyalty to any oil change or repair shop before but I can confidently say I do trust this store and will be coming back the next time I need something for my Mazda!

Bernie is a great person! This is the second time I've had to "drop by" this location for an emergency tire issue and he has been nothing but gracious. Pleasure to speak with, helpful, and expedient. I've been using Community Tire Pro, now owned by Big Brand Tire & Service, for years and will continue to support as long as I'm driving a vehicle and need tires 🫶🏾.

John & his team truly went above and beyond!! I had a flat and barely made it there 15min before closing and not only did they fix the tire, they also rotated them so I didn’t have to come back another day 😩. I truly couldn’t be more thankful for the kindness and generosity that was shown to help someone in need. On another note, do NOT go to big o tires… ever. They will take advantage of you and your situation because they didn’t even bother to tell me the tire was fixable or ask if it’s possible I had warranty after mentioning my tires were only 2 yrs old. They are just there to make money. Please go here instead and you will be taken care of.

I had an awesome experience at Big Brand tire & service! From the phone call to installation of a new tire. Bernie, was extremely helpful and made me a Priority! Even though they had to get my tire from their warehouse, the whole process only took about an hour! Very Impressed with the service!
