My car developed a problem on my drive down to Phoenix. I contacted my mechanic in Flagstaff and they recommended Back to Basics. The mechanic and manager explained everything they were going to do to figure out the problem, explained the problem and fixed it. My car is running great. What a relief! I feel confident in recommending them and that is a good feeling.

I have never had that issue here. They have always been straightforward and trustworthy. I have recommended them to my family who now take their car here for servicing. 10/10 all the time; I can’t recommend them enough!
