Stay away from this shop! Gave him my truck so he could fix my transmission and I did not see my truck for a whole month or heard from him. Shop was always close,did not answer my calls for a month. The businesses next door said he was known for this. I spend more money on coming there renting a rental and work hours. Plus the transmission was jerking and within a few months started leaking transmission fluid.
View on GoogleDon’t even dare take any vehicle here. By far the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. It’s so sad that this shop was highly recommended. I took my 2018 Chevy truck to this place you call a business in Feb. took over a month to fix my transmission. After only 4 days of having it back the transmission went out again. It went back to this shop and now the owner has been ghosting my aunt, my uncle, my father & myself. When he does contact us all he says is that it is not ready. What’s not ready? What issues are you having? No answer. He claims family problems but yeah i got them too. I have no vehicle to provide for myself or my family. He promised us that it will be ready every single week for the past 2 months. No answer, no improvement. He currently is still in possession of my truck & if i don’t hear from him by Friday 5/2 i will call the police & take my truck to a much professional place of business. I wish i could give 0 stars. This place does not deserve 1 star.
View on GoogleMy husband took his truck into this place to have the engine replaced. We ordered the engine and had it shipped to this shop. The install is done however there is a noise coming from the engine. We were told to call the mfr about this issue. The manufacturer advised the engine needs to be pulled out to determine what the issue is. This shop is REFUSING to pull the engine now to see what the problem is. How can you install an engine and not take responsibility for issues that are occurring BEFORE we have even picked the vehicle up from the shop???????? Either way we look at it - the issue is related to the engine itself OR the installation and should not be the customers responsibility. Will NEVER refer anyone to this place again. We were referred here by a family member - BIG MISTAKE!!! BEWARE OF SERVICE!!!!!!! Don't know how they can stay in business with this type of service....
View on GoogleFrank and his crew are the best , very friendly, fast service . Not normally open on Saturdays but I needed my Daughters car back before Monday morning for school. Got the runaround at Fletchers tire auto service center , Frank is the real deal, he came in on his day off.. Thank you Frank, and crew. Bernie Realty One Group.
