Called and spoke to a woman. She gave no name or the name of store just said hello. She guessed that store had my tires. Apparently no inventory system ti look up so thinking they have 1 tire for me, i drive up. 2 employees there one working on a car and a, what looks like a 15 year old with braces talks to me. He has me bring the car up because no computer to look the size of the tire and sees the tires and talks to another employee and they say they dont have my tire. I told him a woman said thr store had my tire when I called and as rude as possible says "do I look like a woman". Kid was not professional or good with customer service. Rather spend $100 at discount tire.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We recently picked up a U-Haul truck from this Phoenix location for our move to Henderson, and the experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First off, the representative handling our rental wasn’t even on-site — everything had to be done over the phone. When we arrived, the people physically working there had no idea who we were, what to do, or how to help. We stood around waiting while they scrambled to figure out what was going on. To make matters worse, the location didn’t have the additional products we had pre-purchased through U-Haul’s website. These were confirmed days prior by the local rep, yet somehow “forgotten” when we arrived. Speaking of that rep — she was extremely rude, disorganized, and clearly unprepared to handle even basic business professionally. It was obvious this location has serious management and communication issues. And the final straw? When we opened the back of the truck we were renting, there was a homeless man living inside. Not just sleeping — living. There were clothes hanging on a makeshift line, personal belongings, everything. The on-site workers helped remove him, but he simply walked over and moved into the truck next to ours. Completely unacceptable, unsafe, and appalling that no one had checked the vehicle before assigning it to a paying customer. We’ve used U-Haul for multiple moves over the years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. This location should be inspected and reviewed by corporate immediately — it’s clear there is zero oversight, zero professionalism, and zero regard for customer safety.
