Had the transmission replaced on a Nissan Titan. Amazing communication, a free tow to the Shop, awesome communication throughout the process. Completed the job on time as promised. Highly recommend! Thank you Adam! You’re a STAR!
View on GoogleOverall great experience from the first phone call in to the time I picked up my car. Jack and Jay have great customer service ! I dealt mostly with Jay and he helped me get a quick quote with no diagnostic costs. I had to get a brand new transmission and was able to use one of their many payment plans! Which came in great help ! They also called enterprise to pick me up from the shop so I could get into a rental (they seem to have good partnership with them.) while my car was being worked on I received what they call “courtesy calls” from both updates on the process. When I got my car back I had a small issue but they took care of it right away and even compensated me for the time and inconvenience. My car has been driving great ! And I will be back for all my future car repairs ! Thanks Jay, Jack and Brian ! Also a clean and safe place for women and moms !
View on GoogleUpdate: I'll have taken two vehicles hear for transmission issues. While the cost is steep,I have been satisfied with the fix. It has been six years since receiving a transmission fix for my 06 Dodge truck and it is still going strong. Appreciate the quality repair. Great location!
View on GoogleRequested a full transmission repair on a blue '07 Mustang this past late summer. It was still pricey but well worth it. They were very patient with all our questions, showing up to check in, and dealing with a grumpy owner. We did have a few random issues after the original repair but nothing tied to the repair itself. They quickly took care of them. It has been running great!
