0 stars are too many. They had my truck for 3 days to fix a weird AC issue. They said 100% the condenser needed to be replaced. That was wrong, it was still cold above 1200 rpm, warm at idle. On the 3rd day they rendered the system completely dead. They wanted me to pay 1100 dollars. I said I can break it for free. I said I will pay their price for the part (condenser) they wanted 400. That is what an OEM costs, they installed a mid tier aftermarket. I asked for my key, he refused. I started to leave & decided to give another chance to avoid this review, he was on the phone with the POLICE! I said great, I'll call them too & wait. 10 minutes later, on hold with non emergency, he came out and said they will take 236.62. I paid it. Also, every time I called for status, I was on hold for at least 5 minutes and I asked for an estimate I never got for another job (obviously I'd rather eat a bug than go back. Avoid this place. It gets worse! I just went out to the truck I see they banged the door repeatedly against something, chipping the paint badly. I called, no remorse, just I'll talk to the owner about it. RESPONSE TO NONSENSE FROM Aamco: (I asked for a call again, this is what I got) You really want to do this here? OK. You are blaming wiring that has no connection to the AC? Nonsense. The wiring was clearly visible when you diagnosed the condenser (which I suggested was not the issue) Your manager said 100% it was the issue. It was not. I asked repeatedly PRIOR to coming back to speak to (I assume you) Your manager said you were unavailable. When I got there I offered to pay YOUR cost of the part as you broke the truck worse & took 3 days to do that. You asked for OEM money for a mid tier aftermarket product. I said no. You said the condenser was clogged, how was the vent temp 40???? (see new picture) You parts cannoned it & guessed wrong. You returned the truck WITH NO AC at all, I brought it in with warm air under 1200 rpm. YOU VANDELIZED MY CAR (twice as I was unaware of the damaged door) Your communication was virtually nonexistent, when I called you dumped me on hold. I am not alone giving you 1 star reviews, look at yelp, I am the third in the last months. You ripped me off, offer no apology, damaged my door and have the nerve to act like the injured party? I do not think so. As far as my other reviews, I call it as I see it. There are several 5 star reviews so you can't even comprehend what you read. Do you see a bad review for Firestone? No, they were honest & gave back my money. You not so much. Maybe spend less time looking at me & look at yourself???? What are you going to do about the blatant damage to the door? 4/5 no response from "owner" but this happened yesterday: I got the module they destroyed at my cost and the AC is warmer than when I brought it to them. Took the car to Big ) & of course they had not filled it properly. (see picture) System needs 2.65lbs & they left it at 1.744 which is why it was running 16 degrees warmer than when I gave it to them. CLearly there was nothing wrong with my "clogged" condenser 4/10 Not shockingly, no response, from "owner" but I am surprised that I have no response for a week to reporting the damage to the door to corporate. As a result due to that and the fact when I did speak to someone at corporate the response was each location is independently owned & therefore corporate can't do anything for me (I never asked her to) I'll never go t Aamco & would suggest others avoid them too.

AAMCO services are great! I had a pretty difficult claim with Silver rock for a transmission repair. And Caden was absolutely exceptional when it came to keeping contact with me and servicing my vehicle! I’d recommend this location any time!

They repaired my steering column, ignition key cylinder, I also needed reprograming of on board computer. Very professional, polite and gave me alternative options for repairs to save money. Would definitely go back.

Went here for an oil change and basic upkeep and had an AMAZING experience staff was extremely friendly and helpful offering a great seating area with water and snacks. They were very fast and I can tell they have great work ethic. The lady at the counter (didn’t get her name) was lovely very helpful and transparent about what I needed versus what I didn’t. If I could give 6 stars I could truly an above the bar experience especially with today’s issues with dishonesty in the mechanic industry. Spectacular company and will definitely be returning in the future!

Caden and company are amazing! Took in my '15 Escape for a squeaky noise I thought was coming from under the hood. Caden and his team discovered the noise was actually coming from worn out front struts, so those were replaced and the noise is gone. I was kept up to date on the whole process, and Caden did a fantastic job dealing with my warranty company to make sure they paid for the entire job. Can't say enough great things about this place or the people, and I'll definitely return for any work and other maintenance I need done on my SUV. Thanks all!
