I have been bringing my Audi Q5 here for 4 years.. This place is amazing.. The owner/ GM is an absolute life saver and makes having your vehicle repaired feel like a family member is taking care of you. I will never bring any of my vehicles anywhere else. Ultimately they damaged my steering wheel and I ended up having to take it to the dealership and they said my car has been messed with. I had to get a new car.
View on GoogleI took my Jeep to this shop because of a damaged transmission. I paid $7,000, and the vehicle was there for nearly a month. They finally handed it over to me, but less than a week later while I was on my way to Mexico it broke down again. Now they claim they won't honor the warranty because the vehicle isn't currently in Phoenix. I've spent the last week trying to speak with the owner, but he hasn't returned my calls. Do not bring your car to this shop; they don't deserve even a single star.
