I definitely had a great experience today. The help I received at the front desk was beyond my expectations and shoutout to the mechanic for doing A+ work and getting me back on the road in one day. I will be back to get all of my car maintenance done at this location.
View on GoogleRecently, I had an unexpected vehicle issue, where I had to have my vehicle towed into a repair shop. I called around and it seemed like I was put on hold and forgotten about, only to return with a "We can't fit you in today". At that moment, my day felt like the sky was falling. My last call was to AAA auto repair and service advisor Kyle picked up. From the beginning of the call, Kyle took the lead and checked marked off every one of my frustrations by processing my vehicle to and from its break down, making plans seamless and effortless for me. All I had to do was let AAA do what they do and they did, my vehicle is back on the road and better than ever. Kyle is professional, courteous and knowledgeable in his position. He represents his company well and because of the experience he and his team created, I will return to AAA for all of my auto needs.
View on GoogleAvoid this place at all costs. And I literally mean ALL COSTS. I brought my car here for an issue it was having. I told them what the problem was and they still felt the need to charge me over $200 to run diagnostics. Then they quite me a bill of over $2200. I decide to take my car elsewhere and the other place (Swedish Auto Werks! Highly recommended!) were able to verify the problem I reported for free and also fix my car for less than $900.
View on GoogleProfessional, friendly, and very nice. They fixed my problem very fast. I had my car back in less than 5 hours. I will be using AAA from now on. I always went to the dealership, but lately I can't get an appointment for days and they want to keep my car for a week.
