Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my visit there, except for on small mishap that they quickly corrected. The place has a unique charm inside, that be a little nostalgic. The people there are really nice, and prices are reasonable, when compared with the competition. Scheduling was easy, in person, over the phone, or online. Overall 4.5 Stars.
View on GoogleWilhelm Automotive in Goodyear was quick to give me an appointment to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. The repairs were scheduled for the day after the diagnosis, and were done in a very timely manner. All communication was clear and I received reports on all work done. Even though it was my first experience with Wilhelm’s, I felt comfortable and valued as a customer. I will be sure to return for maintenance and repair on my vehicle as they are reasonably priced in addition to providing great all-around service. Thanks to Chris and Mark!
View on GoogleTerrible experience. This used to be the place I trusted. With Adam and Mark working the front desk they were friendly remembered you by name and honest. Josie at the front desk seems like she could care less. The amount of repair "suggestions" have gone through the roof since the change. None of the services suggested needed work. Brand new tires, was told they need to be replaced. 7,000 miles later two other mechanics state tread and sidewalls still good for another 30k miles. A/C repair on another vehicle we own suggested....decline their suggestion drive it home works fine other mechancis can find no problems with it. I was willing to drive 20 minutes each way for this place for several years but never again. To the Owners - save your cookie cutter reply with "sorry feel free to contact us @ this number" It doesn't save face when reading these reviews.

I already did one, so they took care of the other four: brake fluid flush, fuel system, transmission oil change, and coolant change. They honored the coupon I brought in. They were very professional and friendly. Great shop.
