I was actually recommended this place from a Firestone representative after explaining my issue and they mentioend this place is reasonable and can be trusted, they also preferred this crew to work on it for the best trusted work. Nadira is amazing. She truly cares and is passionate to hear from you, while seeing what they can do to be solution oriented with a positive, reassuring tone. She also remembered my name a few times which is remarkable for the amount of people she may meet on a day to day basis. She did great in relaying information and passing along the energy of authentic importance to her team and husband. Mike is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I am not sure I got to meet him in person so I wrote him a hand written appreciation as a back up to thanking him in person. He was upfront, realistic while optimistic at the same time on the timeframe a project can be done. With the amount of pressure and work I am appreciative that he still seeks to do his best on each project. I can tell this was done with my car as his wife let me know that he stayed overtime to complete and assemble my transmission ; in an effort to help return my car back before my “Friday” deadline for a trip to Sedona. Which I must say my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee ran smoothly!!! No issues with the car so far and the three year warranty is great assurance. Plus the team ensured to double/triple check the vehicle was tested properly before release. Thank you Nadira and Mike again for your service and I hope this review is one way I can show my true gratitude. God bless you both, and the kingdom business you are running! View on GoogleI talked to several transmission companies before rebuilding my 2000 F150 where it wouldn't shift into 3rd gear. Mike the owner answered all my questions, we discussed not only fixing the part that failed but other parts that are old and probably will need replacing. Everyone pretty much quotes you a price, but do they replace other part that may soon fail. Mike told me he replaces anything that is wore since he gives a 3 year 36K mile warranty. Other shops are 12-24 months. It's been a month, my transmission runs smoothly, no drips or leaks, and I'm confident that I won't have any problems His wife who works the office is super friendly as well. Glad I chose All About Transmissions.
