Jacob continues to provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I left a review for him a couple of years ago, and after another great experience, I felt it was worth recognizing him again. What stands out most is the depth and care he puts into every conversation. He doesn’t just answer questions. Disappointed with my recent visit. I've been here before — last time I brought my own parts and just paid for labor, and that went fine — so I came in with reasonable expectations. This time I went in for a simple alignment and got a roughly $3,700 quote for a long list of preventative work I hadn't asked for, pushed pretty aggressively. When I declined everything but the alignment, I was told my front tire had a flat spot and would need to be replaced before they could proceed. I'd had all four tires checked at Discount Tire the day before, so this didn't add up. I declined the new tire, and they moved that one to the rear instead. When I picked the car up it was pulling to the right — it had come in pulling to the left, so the alignment I paid for didn't fix the issue, and arguably left it worse. I took it straight to Discount Tire, who inspected all four tires again, spun the one in question at 40 mph in front of me, and confirmed there was no flat spot and that all four tires were in excellent condition with low wear. So I paid $105 for an alignment that didn't resolve my problem, on the back of a flat-spot claim a second shop disproved the same day. I won't be back. If you come here for something simple, be ready to push back on a lot of upselling.

They explained everything clearly, checked over the vehicle, and had me back on the road quickly. You can tell they actually care about customer service and doing quality work.
