I went in to get emissions test on my van I come back it didn't pass so when I got home I looked at the slip and it said gas cap so I went and bought one the next day I went back it didn't pass again they didn't mention to me about the other repairs. I'm a senior citizen woman don't know anything about mechanics I would have took it to a mechanic and had the problem fixed the manager was very intimidatingI don't know who he was he was a black man all he he did was intimidate and he told the young man if I don't pass next time I am not going to get another chance to pass. So I did take it to a mechanic 1,012 was my bill.. I went back today they told me to get in the other lane intimidating . Facial of manager I didn't know his name all I can tell you he was a black man.The guy testing very rude. I asked him if it passed he said I'm not finished yet . Finally he said you passed. .. I will never use this establishment again I don't why he had had a problem with me. He was very rude. I will never recommend that place to anybody. Next time I need an inspection I'll go to Glendale. Where I've always gone and they never been treated with disrespect. The manager needs to get a personality check.
