I had a great experience at the Rodeo Ford Service Center. Michael in the front desk was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The engine oil change & filter and multi-points inspection services were done efficiently and on time. I appreciated the clean waiting area and regular updates during the process. I also appreciate the follow up messages during after completing the service to ensure everything went well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable car care!

Had my oil change performed here as I have a Ford maintenance package on my F350. Oil change was fine but i wanted to have my fuel filters replaced also and since that was not a part of my package from Ford I decided I would just purchase the OEM filter kit and exchange and install the new ones myself. I was charged $177 for both fuel filters which I thought initially was high but since most everything has gone up in recent years just assumed that was fair market for them. A week later I was going through my receipts and found the filter receipt and I decided to see for myself how fair of a price I was charged. Other dealerships in the area sell the same OEM Ford fuel filter kit for power stroke motors for nearly $95 less than I paid. So do yourself a favor with this quick lane and don’t purchase OEM service parts from them unless being extorted is something you’re ok with. Good luck out there…

Excellent experience at this location. Called in and spoke with Roberto, he was especially helpful in scheduling preventative maintenance. He set clear expectations about the length of time service generally takes, best times of dat for quick return. Genuinely professional with great customer service. I dropped off the vehicle and within an hour everything was done. When I returned I met Lana, Manager who provided a thorough read out on the assessment. I will most definitely make this location my service provider!

I brought my wife's Ford Bronco Sport to get a oil change and multi point inspection. They were reasonably priced and the wait was not horrible given how many people were there at the time. The associate who helped me was kind and detailed in explaining to me/showing me what my vehicle needed after the inspection. I really appreciated that being that I'm more of a visual person. The waiting room was comfy but I do wish they had some snacks for the wait. I'm not going to mock them down stars for that. Overall, I had a good experience here and would surely come back for my future Ford maintenance needs
