Recently, Greg, Marcus, and their technician went completely above and beyond to help my son, who is a college student get the A/C repaired on his vehicle. As a parent, it’s stressful when your child is dealing with car trouble, but the team at McFall Tire & Auto Goodyear made the entire process so much easier. Marcus, in particular, went to great lengths to find the best possible pricing on parts. He spent time negotiating with vendors and exploring every option available to ensure we received the best value without sacrificing quality. That level of dedication and customer care is hard to find these days. Greg, Marcus, Mike and their technician were professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us. They communicated throughout the process, treated us with kindness and respect, and made sure the repair was done right. Love this place! It’s so nice to have a mechanic shop that is so trustworthy and truly has your best interest at heart. These guys know what they’re doing and are skilled at their trade. From the moment you step foot through the doors , till the moment you leave … you really feel like they have your back. Safety is priority to them, which is important to my family . They treat you very fair and find the best price/solution to meet your needs. The owner Marcus was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to guide me in the right direction and listen to my concerns … along with the service advisor Greg helping me every step of the way through the whole process. Very knowledgeable and genuine! The mechanic crew and lead mechanic are amazing .. they put me at ease ensuring their work is done with precision and accuracy. I will always come here for my car needs , & I recommend them to anyone. 10/10 !!

I don't trust a lot of people when it comes to my vehicles as my previous experiences have not lived up to any common sense level expectations... but, this was by far the best experience I have ever had when servicing a vehicle. Not only was I explained exactly what the issues were, I was shown and given a price before the work was done. The work was done quickly and when I left it was obvious all repairs were done perfectly! After leaving I looked up what the cost would be anywhere else and this was by far the best price. So you get unmatched service and the best price. Why would you consider going anywhere else. And best of all, they do everything. Needless to say, I'm going back in a few days to do my brakes. Won't ever go anywhere else. Thank you boys for a job more than well done!

I highly recommend this place to get tires! I called at least Half a dozen different places for tires and they were the only ones who could not only get the tires on in the same day, but also have the best price. Service was knowledgeable and very respectful.
