I had to replace some suspension components that would require an alignment. I waited until my parts arrived before scheduling an alignment. I was happy that I could schedule an appointment online for my alignment the next day at 10am. I saw that I could drop off my vehicle up to 24 hours before my appointment. I dropped off my vehicle around 7am the day of my appointment. I received a call shortly after 9am that the alignment was complete. Steering wheel was straight, drove exactly how it should. Very good experience.

Overall, my experience with this repair shop was mixed. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and timely updates, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. I often felt left in the dark about the status of my vehicle. That being said, Kyle (store manager) and Miguel (assistant general manager) provided solid customer service. They were friendly, informative, and took the time to explain the work being done on my vehicle. I also appreciated their honesty while navigating my extended warranty. If the shop improved its communication and kept customers better informed throughout the process, the experience would have been much better.

I had an excellent experience at Greulich’s Automotive. I recently had my control arms and brakes replaced and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt comfortable with the work being done. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and running smoothly. The repairs were completed on time and my car now drives perfectly. It’s hard to find honest and reliable automotive service these days, but Miguel and the team at Greulich’s definitely delivered.

From the phone call to make the appointment until the time I paid and left, the service and friendliness were outstanding. I was referred by a neighbor and went in for an oil change. They did a complete inspection of all major areas of the vehicle and sent a report, including pictures, with zero pressure to do any of the work! Amazing! I will 100% being going back to get more work on my vehicle.
