Love Champs Family Auto! When you walk in you are greeted in a warm and friendly fashion, truly like you're family. They will work on any vehicle, new or old, and will give you an honest evaluation of the options available to you, without pressuring you to do anything unnecessary. They take your safety as a high priority, so will point out any safety concerns they see, which is helpful as I know I can trust them. I've been taking every vehicle to them for any type of service or repair, even just regular oil changes. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles the way I trust Champs, and my appreciation for them goes beyond gratitude.

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of transparency, price inflation, and unprofessional customer service at Champs Family Auto, especially regarding European vehicles. My BMW was towed to their shop, and they kept it for several days just to diagnose the issue. When they finally provided a quote for an electric water pump and thermostat replacement, it came out to a staggering $3,200. I ultimately had the vehicle moved to a local dealership, where the exact same repair was completed for $2,400—a full $800 less. Even the dealership service advisor could not understand how an independent shop arrived at such an inflated figure for this specific German vehicle repair. The most concerning part of my experience, however, was how I was treated by Jeff. When I told him I could not proceed with their $3,200 quote and would be towing my car home, he suddenly demanded a diagnostic fee that had never been discussed or agreed upon when the car was dropped off. When I politely explained that I was never informed of this fee, Jeff chose to attack my character, insultingly asking me if I "normally do things like this." If you own a BMW or any other German vehicle, please think twice before leaving your car at this shop. You expect honest pricing and professional courtesy when dealing with specialty repairs. Instead, I faced predatory pricing tactics and a completely uncalled-for personal attack on my integrity. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise the local luxury car community to look elsewhere for honest, respectful service.
