They did a coolant flush on my truck because they recommended it and after next day started leaking coolant. They never fixed the problem and also damaged my thermostat. When I asked the supervisor he said that they don’t remove the thermostat when you’re supposed to take the thermostat out to do it when you do the coolant flush. Never coming back again and please don’t follow the recommendations of the guys they don’t know how to do a proper work

The store manager, Tara, took great care of me and my time. Upon my desperate call for a new battery at 9am, she made sure she had the one for my car in stock within an hour. Upon my arrival, as promosed, it was installed and my car inspected for any other issues was completed within 30 minutes. For an extra $20, I have a 5-year all inclusive nationwide warranty on my new battery. Thats amazing considering batteries rarely, if ever, last that long in AZ. This store is new, clean and comfortable to spend 30 minutes of my day.

They gave me recommendations as well as let me back into the work area to visually see some issues and concerns they had would recommend for sure.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with store manager Tara Payne and technician Anthony. After a long and tough day of mounting and dismounting tires, I wanted to get my truck’s alignment done so I wouldn’t damage the new tires. I walked into this beautiful new shop and was immediately greeted by Tara, who was super friendly and helpful. I asked her if she could do last minute alignment since I’m waiting on discount tires to finish so I can bring the truck to her I also asked if she price match with there competitor Brakes Plus they always have deals and coupon and her respond was most definitely also. She said, “Bring it over no worries, we’ve got you covered!” No problem! The discount tires finished after 5:20 pm, and the shop was about to close. But Tara didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it over. She said tech Anthony would make sure the truck was as straight as possible and let me know when it was ready. And guess what? They did an amazing job! The alignment was super quick, and tech Anthony looked like he had rough day at work working hard all day. He’s clearly a dedicated brake master. I really appreciate Anthony’s hard work and dedication. Tara and Anthony both did an incredible job over simple job. I want to take a moment to recognize their incredible work, dedication, and honesty. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience. They truly treat customers like family.

Tara and her crew are the best! I met them when I first came from Seattle in 2023! Her attitude,,her knowledge I knew that I had found my service people Her husband Dan who is also is a manager of several Brake masters have become some of my fav people ! The young man Anthony P, who did the work on my range Rover was very nice...knew what he was doing and kept me informed all the way!I will not take my car anywhere else for regular work! THE BEST!
