I would avoid this place, especially as a woman. I stopped in because Discount had a three hour wait, and I have a common Michelin tire that most shops keep in stock. I had purchased these tires less than 1,000 miles ago for my all wheel drive vehicle. One tire had blown, and because the tread difference was so minimal, I knew it was likely that only the damaged tire would need to be replaced. The employee helping me, I believe his name was Frank, didn’t even check the tread depth on my existing tires before immediately telling me I needed to replace all four tires. I tried to explain that the tires were practically brand new and asked him to take a look, but he refused and wouldn’t inspect them. I left frustrated because I knew that recommendation didn’t make sense without even evaluating the condition of the tires. I ended up getting a second opinion, which confirmed that replacing a single tire was appropriate. Experiences like this are exactly why so many women dread dealing with the automotive industry. I walked in looking for a straightforward repair and instead felt dismissed and pressured into spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I can’t speak to everyone else’s experience, but based on mine, I won’t be returning.

Big O did my oil change at half the price of other providers. They’re got it done within an hour and duds great job. They also did a check and inspection on my car, and suggested services that would be needed in the future. The only negative was that they said I was in immediate need of a new battery, but I already had an appt scheduled with a mechanic the next morning for a starter replacement, and he tested the battery and said it was fine. Not sure what happened there?? Definitely recommend Big O for a quick and efficient oil change.
