Amazing Customer Service!! When I walked in they greeted me and said they would be right with me and they were! I was told it’s a new location so the lobby was very open and empty with a seating area in the back, but looks professional and neat! I was expecting seating but didn’t realize they had a back room with seating and 2 bathrooms for customers! There are many seats, about 9, for waiting customers. Their 4 stars were for cleanliness. The bathrooms were really gross, mainly the pee all over the toilets. There was also a few spots of pee on the floor near the toilets and the floors were a little dirty elsewhere but not too bad. It was clear it was a manly area and they may need a woman’s touch! The coffee and seating area was very low on stock and their water fridge had 4 waters and I was lucky my 3 year old and I got some water. They cleaned the toilets, but bare minimum, although appreciated and worked for us! I just expected a little more for 5 stars! Now for the oil change, I will let you know if I need to add to this review! Thanks!

It was my very first time at this location, and I had a very pleasant experience. The entire team greeted me with friendly tidings, and they were able to fulfill all of my automotive needs. I came in for an oil change, and the team was very informative (didn't try to pressure me into upsell), and made sure that I walked away confident in the quality of my vehicle. Wi the everything that they did, it was extremely good value. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly, intelligent, hard workers to help!

Big-O-Tires in Avondale off Dysart. The counter service men were very courteous and professional. Had the full synthetic oil change, lube chassis, replacement filter, tire rotation and vehicle point inspection for $49.95 but my 4Runner needed 2 extra quarts, so the price when up to $78.56. I had a feeling there was some sort of catch to the special. Didn't mind to much but wish all auto service businesses would just be forthcoming and give the exact cost. Anyways, I had a great experience and chat with service guys.

See update to original post at the button (was 4 star now a 3 star) Original post: Everything went well with two minor items that could use a little improvement in order to receive a 5 star. 1. I called to check availability and pricing first thing in the morning and waited until afternoon for a call back before driving to the store to receive this information. This didn’t effect me too much as I wanted to review how their parking lot was laid oou since the vehicle I was having tires put on was a 45’ 5th wheel and It’s takes a lot of room to maneuver. We made a plan while I was there. 2. Once I arrived with my 5th wheel, the spotter that was guiding me back to the stall where they would complete the work didn’t recognize the height of my 5th wheel and backed me into the building causing minor damage to my rear mounted ladder. I take some responsibility for this on myself for not talking directly to the spotter before we started the backing process, however I did discuss with the manager when getting my quote that I would need a spotter and expressed concern then of the height. Everything else was outstanding so in spite of these two unfortunate issues, I will still be using this company for future tire transactions and would recommend them to prospective customers. Only advice would be if you are taking something oversized to plan ahead and ensure good understanding with a spotter should you need one. Thank you Updated post additions: Big “O” Tire sent a message asking me if I was happy with my service so I clicked yes and submitted the above information, after finishing the above post I went back to my messages and was going to delete the text message but thought it was a little odd how many great reviews they had but very few low or even middle of the road rating. This prompted me to see if it would have let me review if I wasn’t happy so I clicked no and was sent to oblivion and not given a chance to rate them. My point is they are skewing their results so now I have to say buyer be where, know that you are only seeing the good results here unless a customer took the time to specifically come here to fill out a rating. Very friendly and honest mechanical repair facility. Truck was done quickly and price was as quoted. Great communications. We wanted an oil change, got one at an awesome price with no upsell. Bonus tire rotation too! Certainly will go there again
