I walked into Wii Auto Repair and Service shop with no expectations and left very impressed. The shop was clean and welcoming. Nelson from the service department took excellent care of me. They were running a great special, and I purchased brand-new tires at an excellent price. The mechanic and service team did a thorough job with my wheel alignment and tire installation. Nelson kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The waiting area was cozy and comfortable, even with my great-granddaughter there. Great service, skilled mechanics, and fair pricing. I highly recommend Wii Auto Repair.

People at the front desk was so nice. I took my two-year-old grandson and kept him entertained. My appointment was at 10. I was home before 11 and I don’t live close. This is the second time I’ve used their services and I give two thumbs up.

Excellent business!! I came in with a really bad vehicle issue. All the staff I dealt with(Alma, Mike, Dave, David, Pablo, Brittany and others) were super friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately and I knew that my car was in good hands. My vehicle was given back to me completely repaired and running great. Their diagnosis and advice was knowledgeable and based on experience. They REALLY took very good care of me and my singular situation. They went out of their way for me and I truly appreciate their integrity with taking care of people and not being only concerned with getting paid. Amazing bunch of people. I will definitely use their services again.

Worst service ever where just guessing on what was wrong with my car my car was not over heating or liking took it for one thing and they end up braking my radiator dirent fix it they said they would return my car that same day took them over a week they found something wrong every day it was there and did fix sh... and had to pay for them to give me my car back I drove my car there and had to take it on a tow truck WORSE SERVICE

Zero stars if I could. Over an Hour and a half for an oil change and they were not even busy. Told me it would take an hour. Will never come back. Slower than a snail for simple services. And if you have a big truck they don't even have a lift for it to tend to other services that require raising the vehicle.
