First of all let me make this clear ..The first vehicle that I took to this facility was because insurance referred me to them that truck was totaled out. The in-depth accuracy of their paperwork that they had submitted to insurance was impressive. This time around I chose this facility on my own will. The appraiser was very detailed on what was going to be done to my truck and he promised to keep cost low understanding that even though insurance is covering it the higher the cost the more my insurance might possibly go up. With that understanding he had gave me an estimated completion date and an estimated cost. Not only was the truck done a day earlier then promised but the cost came in below what was quoted. The attention to detail is mind-blowing what they were able to do on my dented bed on my pickup. I don't know how they were able to accomplish what they did without replacing the panel. You know the saying you pay a fair price for fair work. Not the case in this situation I paid an extremely fair price for phenomenal work that most shops would have charged double for. If you don't believe in magic then give this facility a try because I'm a believer now. Above mentioned work was for a Ford F-150 Platinum as well as a Chevy Silverado. I also own a Mercedes and I hope nothing ever happens to it but if it does I'm trusting this shop to do the work as well.

I had an excellent experience at A & D Autobody inc. Chris and the entire team did a fantastic job repairing my Dodge. The repairs were completed efficiently, and I am fully satisfied with the final results. Chris kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated, and it gave me peace of mind. The staff was very friendly, professional, and provided great customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them. 10 out of 10.

I had come to this shop before for repairs and I always loved their work — very clean and very well done. That’s why I trusted them again. Unfortunately, this last experience was disappointing. I took my truck in for two repairs, one in the front and one in the rear. For the back repair, they told me they would paint the entire tailgate so the color would match and wouldn’t show any difference. They also said all the letters would need to be replaced, which sounded reasonable. When I picked up the truck, I was in a hurry. They told me they only had to replace the GMC letters and reused the rest, and they even gave me a $100 discount. Since I was rushing, I didn’t double-check, and that was my mistake. Later I noticed that the other letters were never removed because they did not paint the entire tailgate as originally promised. There is also a small scratch on the right side that I made last year while unloading some things. If the tailgate had truly been fully repainted, that scratch wouldn’t be there anymore. It’s clear they only painted the damaged area small tailgate up, not the whole tailgate like they said. This doesn’t feel ethical, especially after being a returning customer. I’m sure their photo records also show that the scratch was already there. Very disappointing experience.

I was referred by my insurance company and they did a great job. Ease of car rental as well. I highly recommend them.

A and d Autobody got the job done and in time for our trip we had planned in a week before my wife was hit by another driver. When I told them of our trip that was coming up they said that if they couldn’t get it done we could wait (as it was all cosmetic damage) and get it done after the trip but would let us know if they could get all the parts needed and have it back to us in under a week. Well man did they come through. They also put up with my attitude that I had ( I blame lack of sleep, but still I should have been more patient) due to the radio not working after picking up my vehicle. It was a simple reset that took mere minutes. I want to say thank you for the job done and fully warranted. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I do I know where to go!
