Best service I have ever had in my life, Señor Valdez, as I call him, is fluent in both Spanish and English as is his sister who runs the shop on his days off. I have never gotten a bad product or bad service from this tire shop since I started going there in 2015. I have even moved 30 minutes away to a different town, but as long as I’m not in an emergency situation, I still drive that far out of my way to return to this business. There was one time that Senor Valdez did not have the size of the tire that I needed, and it was too late in the day for him to order it so he referred me to another shop nearby. I don’t remember the name of that shop, but it was less than 2 miles away and I wish I remember the name because they gave me just as excellent service and treatment and respect and all that that entails at that shop as well. There was another time that I was hoping to get my tire patched, but it could not be replaced and I was down to five dollars in my bank account until the next paycheck. Senor Valdez gave me a high-quality used tire and asked me if I would come back when I was able to pay for it. I told him I would be back the following week on Saturday, then I offered him my business card so he would have my contact information. His reply was “no I don’t need that just I only need your word and a handshake. I felt like I had been transformed back in time to the 1970s and 1980s when I would witness my grandpa having the same conversations with people… A handshake deal, that is the kind of man who owns this shop. I just cannot say enough about the owner’s character and the way he runs his business and the way he treats his customers. As long as I am in Maricopa County, I will always choose Valdez tire shop!

Best Tire shop in Arizona!!! I pulled up at 4:55 (they close @ 5) they fixed my tire and got me back on the road with the quickness!!! Firestone told me they couldn't fix Tesla tires. Discount wasted about an hour of my time before telling me they couldn't help me. Thank God for Llantera. When I buy new tires I'm giving them they money to install them. They have my loyalty 4 LIFE!!!

View on GoogleGot some new wheels and tires and I didn't feel the place that installed them did a good job on the balancing since I was getting shake in the steering wheel. Stopped at this place and they added a few more weights and greatly improved the shake. It's still a tiny bit but I'll chalk it up to tire imperfections.
