They don’t know What there doing!! Gave me a quote for A little over $500 Just to find out, they didn’t do all the work they were supposed to do and charged me another $300 to Finish what they were to do in the first place. Oil change and fuel system filters on a Cummings diesel.Mark has no knowledge. apart from looking up parts on a computer. And that’s questionable dropped it off at 9:30 didn’t Get my truck back until close to 6 PM Wrong filter was ordered. on top of not ordering all the fuel system filters. They have no ability to do basic maintenance. Also was told that they are not an oil change type of shop only want to deal with people that are Interested in maintaining their vehicles.. whatever that’s supposed to mean Thought that’s what I was doing. Very bad experience will not be letting them do any future work, including getting a wiper blade changed They’re that bad would not recommend! Only thing left. Is there long winded excuses to try to cover their Incompetence

I paid $1,085 for a coolant service and other maintenances before my car hit 50k miles. Shortly after the service, I noticed my coolant is leaking. I wasn’t having this issue before bringing my vehicle in. Disappointed to have a new problem appear right after spending over $1,000 on preventive maintenances.

What a great service!! Mark is amazing as always as went above and beyond for my repair work. The technician Omar did a fantastic job on the front passenger side axle shaft. Price was reasonable for my budget as I recently hit a poor animal. Again thanks Joes auto repair

So, about a week and a half ago, my mom had Joe's Auto "fix" the AC and an antifreeze leak. Supposedly, they gave her a 3 year warranty on the work they did. They weren't able to get to the vehicle the day she dropped it off, so they kept it overnight. When she picked up the car the following day, she said she was having trouble closing the door. She didn't realize the door was dented. So, when she got home, I looked at the car and saw the damage. We went straight back to Joe's Auto. The manager, Mark, and the tech denied damaging the car. Although, you can clearly see there is no way for that damage to occur without the door being open with some force pushing upward. We left without any resolution. Still working that issue out. Now, the antifreeze is leaking again. So, we take it back. We only took it back because of the supposed 3 year warranty. Once again, they aren't able to get to the car that day. Because of the last experience, my mom refuses to leave the car overnight. So, now she's charged $70+ for a diagnostic that should've been free because they never fixed the leak issue and was under their 3 year warranty! (There needs to be negative star ratings on here) Response to your comments: 1. If you have video, please show it to me. According to your tech, he stated the damage was there prior to him working on it. So, show me the video where the damage was there when it was dropped off. 2. We returned to the shop 3-4 hours after picking up the car. Not a day later. 3. You stating we returned a day later insinuates that the damage was done after we left your shop. So, which is it? Did it happen before, or after? Show me the video, and I'll gladly update this review. I left my email address with Taylor at the Avondale location. I would like to see video. A screen shot won't show the car was leaving the work area. It could easily be a screen shot of it driving into the bay.

Great customer service from Mark. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Joe's Auto for all your car needs.
