View on GoogleI travel a lot for work, and love taking care of my Mazdas. This crew is by far the best Mazda parts counter across AZ, NM, and TX. Lowest prices, best availability, and great online parts catalog. They use RevolutionParts which makes buying parts online better than any other method (not an ad, genuinely good job by RP). Even though most of my time is spent in Texas, I still make sure all of the parts for my Mazdas come from Horne.

This car was used from there and I didn't know much about its maintenance except oil change. I had never booked online and that worked fine though. I had called all day and there was no answer on the phone. If they prefer online, it probably should never service phone number anymore. To of most dealers not letting you kind of glance back in the shop. It's not like ever wanted to go out there or boss the mechanics around. They know what they're doing. The video view is great, but there's just something strange about having everything so secretive in those areas. It's been going to this dealer over 20 years, although it's been three or four dealers through those years.
View on GoogleWe will never buy another Mazda again—this experience has been a nightmare. We purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 brand new, and it’s turned out to be nothing but a lemon. The vehicle has had multiple issues and recalls, and to make matters worse, the service experience has been just as disappointing. Most recently, the driver’s door started malfunctioning due to electrical shorts. We took it to the dealership for diagnostics and were shocked when they quoted over $7,000 for repairs. They claimed the door harness connector was corroded and that the pins were broken—blaming it on overspray from a previous repair. We followed up with the body shop that last worked on the car (after it was hit by highway debris), and they promptly provided detailed documentation and photos proving they never even disconnected the door. Their transparency and professionalism stood in stark contrast to the dealership. When we returned to the dealership—reminding them that they had actually worked on the car before that incident, including repainting it under warranty due to chipping and flaking—they dismissed the body shop’s evidence and claimed the photos were “staged,” offering no proof whatsoever to support that claim. Between the vehicle’s ongoing problems, the finger-pointing, and the lack of accountability, this has been one of the worst car ownership experiences we've ever had. We will not be buying Mazda again—and we absolutely do not recommend this dealership or their service department.
