I cannot say enough great things about Greulich Automotive Repair and the level of service they provided. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, honest, and incredibly thorough with taking care of my vehicle. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. His communication, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out and made the experience stress-free. It’s honestly hard to come across auto repair shops these days that operate with this level of honesty and integrity, and that alone speaks volumes about their business. Not only was the work completed quickly and effectively, but I also felt confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me and my car. I will absolutely continue using Greulich Automotive Repair for all of my future auto needs. Thank you again to John and the entire team for providing such outstanding service!

I absolutely love taking my car to this place. While other shops BS you, these guys don't. They are straight up with the costs and repair times. Yesterday was my second time picking up my car from them and I couldn't be happier. Everyone, from John to Corey are so nice and friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy.

If I could give more stars I would! I was struggling to find a repair shop that works on foreign cars (Jaguar) and I was recommended to them by a different repair shop. Top notch service from the moment I called to schedule the appointment with Corey , all the way until the work was finished. I came in with a laundry list of repairs and emission issues and they were thorough and fixed every problem I came in for. They keep you updated, honest with the work they do, and fair with the pricing. I highly recommend this place!

If you’re reading reviews trying to decide whether to come here, you’re honestly wasting your time just grab the best credit or debit card you know won’t decline and head over. You won’t get screwed over here. This shop takes incredible care of both their customers and their vehicles. Cory and John are some of the most genuine, professional, and hardworking people you’ll meet. No matter what situation you’re in, they always do everything they can to find a solution and make sure you’re taken care of. At the end of the day, cars are built by humans, and anything made by humans is imperfect. Sometimes things break that’s just the reality of owning a vehicle. When they do, don’t take it out on the people who dedicate their lives to putting them back together. These guys work hard every day to get you safely back on the road so you can make it to work, get home to your family, or continue the trip that unexpected car trouble interrupted. God bless this entire shop. Businesses like this are becoming harder and harder to find. If you bring your vehicle here, you can do so with complete confidence knowing you’re in good hands.

Not a trustworthy shop. They are double dipping in labor costs and adding unnecessary mark-up/additives which were unwanted. When it takes you 3.5 hours to switch out a radiator on a Honda Ridgeline (which it shouldn't) you dont charge the customer again for a "cooling system exchange." It is inherently part of the 3.5 hr job. Charged 2x for the same exact labor.. they then also added on $30 for anti freeze and another $75 for a cap and chemical kit. My truck only holds 2.2 gallons of coolant FYI. Then charged me $59 in shop fees. Ridiculous to spend $800 to replace a radiator! Oh, forgot to mention I also brought my own radiator into the shop so I guess this is their way of getting me back for not buying the radiator from their shop. Will never return. Should be ashamed of yourselves especially when I was recommended by a coworker
