Although the repair took some time, because our vehicle was a rather rare EV (Nissan Ariya), I am quite pleased with the results. They did a "Like New" job. Adrian our advisor was very customer service oriented, which we appreciated. They are a rather large operation, being the main go to body shop for many of the dealerships along I-10 in Avondale, such as Toyota and Nissan. They have a history of repairing everything from high end Ferrari's, to regular Hyundai's. My experience was an overall positive one, and do recommend them.

If you’re looking for a reliable & well working body shop I’d most definitely recommend you bring your car here. They did anything & everything to work with my insurance to provide me with the best care. My car looked brand new & even better than before which just goes to show how detailed they are in their repairs. The whole staff was very easy to work with as well as to how fast they worked on my car & how communicative they were along the process during an uncertain time for me. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They definitely know how to keep their customers satisfied & I applaud them for their professionalism! Kudos to the whole staff!

Went here at the recommendation of Toyota. The service was wonderful. Pam was very helpful. Office was clean. I had no trouble with dealing with a rental as they handled all of it. Pick and drop was easy. Paperwork was explained in detail. I would choose them again for any future issues.

This will be my second time coming back to Excalibur Avondale I came back because the first time they did an amazing job they're very efficient very transparent and honest. Unfortunately when I got in another accident I already knew off the bat where I was taking my car even though the insurance coerced me to go somewhere else. I trusted the work that they did the first time in fact when I had to trade in that vehicle because I took it to Excalibur they gave me full trade-in value because it was certified Toyota who fixed it they also offer rental cars which is so convenient to do it all in one place. The staff is amazing I love talking to Pam she's the nicest person you will ever meet and guide you on every step to make it easier on you. I've also work with the other guys George and Adrian who are also very transparent and sufficient and always keep tabs on everything in aware of to keep the customer aware of everything going on I highly recommend Excalibur of Avondale you will never be disappointed and your car would never look like anything had happened to it.
