Love Danny! He was super accomadating and made a difficult tire replacement a breeze. Definitely will be coming back to this specific tire center. He had to order me a new tire and get it shipped from California, once it came to the warehouse the tire center was able to give me an appointment the same day and it was a resolved in a speedy manner.
View on GoogleTook my vehicle in yesterday for a flat tire. Not only did they tell us the tire was not repairable, and needed to be replaced, they also proceeded to tell us that all tires should be replaced, to the tune of $800. Mind you the tires are only 2 years old. We told them no and I took it to my normal mechanic today. Not only were they able to fix the flat with a patch, they also said my tires have about 60% life left. And it only cost $20! Went to Costco because it’s closer and it was a Sunday. They obviously just wanted to sell us tires. Will never go back there!
View on GoogleI purchased four new tires from Costco during their Black Friday sale. I made my appointment for this past Sunday. I arrived on time for my appointment, dropped off my car, and was told it would take an hour to complete putting on the new tires. My husband and I left Costco, went to the Dutch Bros nearby, and by the time we got out of the Dutch line, I got a text saying my car was ready! It literally took about 30 minutes to complete. The service they offered was excellent and the tires I purchased were such a great deal. Overall very happy with my entire experience at Costco, like usual.

View on GoogleHad my tires rotated today. It was fine until they tire center could not find my keys. The whole tire staff was looking for my keys. I did get very frustrated and angry witj the guy looking for my keys. Im disabled with a cane in the heat waiting for them to find my keys. And that gentleman was telling me to calm down like it wasn't a big deal. After looking my keys were found in another customer's Toyota highlander. Worst customer service
