Dealership really screwed me on using my full warranty when needing a stereo unit replacement so I had to look elsewhere. I already have a full system in my car and no longer talk to the owner of the shop I got it done with so I was stressing trying to find somewhere else to do my stereo unit. Looked everywhere and at all reviews, even considered Best Buy but came across Cien’s and decided to call them for a quote. They didn’t try to sell me on anything crazy or extra and even offered to quote me on my factory stereo. Got quoted for both and decided to go with an after market Kenwood, still hesitant bc of my system I asked to bring my car in to make sure it could work with my current system, factory steering wheel controls and factory back up camera. Immediately went over same day, Jaime checked it out and said to come by after work next day to get it done. Got there around 3:15 and said it would be done by 5. Got a call back about 15 minutes later asking if I wanted to keep the factory usb interface which would be an additional $39 or I could go through the aftermarket but my factory usb wouldn’t work. I stayed with the factory, I appreciated that they didn’t bs about the cost or hide it and they didn’t make the decision on their own and tell me later. By 4:45 it was done, the unit looks damn good, almost as if it was the factory but a much cleaner look. I’ll say I also appreciate that they left my car exactly how I brought it in, no trash left behind or scuffs/damages anywhere (had that problem few times before). I checked it out a little more when I got home, adjusted the audio settings with my system and it sounds so much better than before. Like I said, I was hesitant because car audio installation is pricey and unpredictable and I’ve never gone anywhere else but to a family friend but had to look elsewhere for the first time ever. Cien’s was easy to work with, communicative, clean and quick! They have multiple payment plan options and don’t hassle you. I will definitely use Cien’s for all my future installs again, already recommended them to some family and friends. Thanks again, much appreciated!

Took me too long to post this but these guys really helped me out tremendously. My truck was suffering from a CarPlay connectivity issue that GM didn’t seem to know anything about. They hooked me up with a great aftermarket system that doesn’t void my factory warranty. Great guys who were extremely knowledgeable and really looked out for my best interest. Highly recommend

Cines garage was great to work with, Jaime and his team made the process easy. Got a lift with wheels and tires installed and came back to them to get a sound system installed. Quick professional and great work. I’d highly recommend them

They did a great job installing my stereo system, my rearview mirror with cameras, and most of all my vinyl wrap on my Van. Almost forgot.... my custom wheels and new tires!!
