Chrysler Jeep Avondale Service Department

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came into Larry H. Miller on March 9th for an engine filter and had such a great experience thanks to JR, the service advisor. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. JR even took the time to ask about my day and how my truck has been doing. The service was quick and efficient — I was in and out with no hassle. JR truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel taken care of. Excellent service all around that’s why I always go back to him.

I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to check for a tire leak. During the service, I was advised that I needed two new rear tires, which I approved for immediate replacement. However, upon picking up my car, I noticed the tires had not been changed. I was completely surprised, as the attendant and I had selected new tires from the screen, and I was assured they would be ordered and installed that same day. About an hour later, I received a call informing me they couldn't perform the service and I would need to wait. To make matters worse, as I drove off, the vehicle maintenance notification kept popping up. I assumed it would clear after a few minutes, but three days later, it's still persistently on while I drive. I'll be taking my car back on Friday to finally get the tires installed, and I'm really hoping there are no more unpleasant surprises from this visit. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I went in for an oil change . It took longer than usual don't mind the wait as long the customer is satisfied with all requests and services which is fine. Which I also had a tire rotation and only rotated the right side was rotated and the reason I know this is because I personally marked the old positions on the tires to were they are being switching to. So the dealer stated that all tires were rotated and according to my markings all 4 tires were not rotated and also requested my preferred air pressure and didn't check the air pressure with missing air valve caps! Other than the service is courteous and generous.

The 5 stars are for Jordyn and Jose. If it had not been for Jordyn calling me because someone put my number on her desk, I had made my mind up to never do business with this location AGAIN! The customer service in the service area has gone alllll the way down since they've been across the street sharing a location with Jeep. I hope it gets back to be top notch when they move back. The day prior I came in for an appointment that I scheduled online. Arrived a couple mins early. Waited, no one greets me. Waited another 15 mins, no one still comes out to check my car in. I happen to stop a gentleman passing by(numerous people passed and never stopped) and asked if he could help me. He was gone another 5 minutes still nothing. I just left! Super frustrated. Horrible experience. My Jeep is under warranty and had an issue (that was covered under warranty). The service advisor set me up with text updates when I dropped off. A little less than a week into it I got an update that a warranty request was submitted. Another week went by and I responded asking for an update, no response. A couple days after that I responded again for an update, no response. The following day I called to ask for the update and was informed the service advisor I was assigned to was no longer there and was told the service manager would call me the next day. 3 days later after no call I called again and was told another advisor was assigned and would have an update soon. Finally I got a response that the parts were in and the Jeep would be done the following day. 3 days later I respond for an update, no response. A couple days later I get a response that the tech is working on it and it would be ready the next day. It went almost another 10 days with responses of "it'll be ready tomorrow". Finally after frustrated that my Jeep had been there 5 weeks I went in to talk to them and was informed "oh it's ready". I grabbed my keys and left. Will NEVER go here again, warranty or not. Communication is TERRIBLE and not even the manager will reach out when I'm told they would.
