CarStar did an amazing job getting my car back to how it was, probably even better than before. They vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the outside. Not only was their labor amazing, their customer service was excellent! From the receptionist to the estimator. From the beginning Ahn kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. He gave me an estimated date of 3/26/26 and I got my car back 3/25/2026. Did not leave me in the dark at any point. When I went to pick up my car, he walked me through everything that they did and even answered all my questions politely and informative. Even though I didn’t specifically pick them (insurance claim), I am so happy my car went to their shop. 100/10 recommend!

My baby got injured I took her to carstar they made her 💯 again She doesn't even look like she's been in a accident yes sir!!!! Carstar is top quality collision repair I will definitely advise you to take your vehicle to this place they don't rush they take their time and make sure the job is done right I'm so happy with their work.

I got into a pretty bad accident back in November and the team at Car Star was nothing but helpful. This was my first accident ever and they made the process smooth. Calling weekly with updates, etc. After about a month and a half of my car being at their shop I finally picked it up and the car looked better then before, detailed inside and out. They went on a test drive with me to ensure me that everything was good as new. I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful!

I won’t recommend them at all. It’s taking them over three weeks to fix my car. I only received one updated in the entire three weeks so far. Apparently they take the entire week off for New Years which is ridiculous. They are not open on weekends. The service is horrible. Please take your car elsewhere for service. If I could give them a zero star I would, this is entirely too long for a car to be sitting in a shop waiting to be serviced. It’s ridiculous.
