I buy car with this company 2017 Toyota Sienna three month ago after this one people lying with me because you say you have 122 in mileage because before my car you have 95 mileage after bring his car I called him. You told me come in next week. Check your car everything I go check his car because you have big noise. He told me no any problem after two months I sent it to other mechanic you told me this noise because water pump is bad I go back to him. He told me no half warranty because you mileage now 117 exactly you need 109 I told him OK what do you mean? Were you making a kid? Told me no have any problem now you have a problem with water bomb they told me you’re not cover. You need to pay for that one. These people there is a line guys check exactly all of it. Papers before you sign with this company.

I brought my car on expecting to pay for the service based on my telephone conversation with the parts department. When I arrived everyone from the intake partners to the advisor was super awesome and customer-oriented (especially the younger folks). I received five-star service. Get this, and my car is 25 years old. I love coming to Avondale Toyota because I feel welcomed. Thanks for the service!

View on Googlei was assigned auriana for my service appointment on 3/6/2026 at 11:30am. i was towards the front of the appointment service line and some how ended up being the last one being checked in at 12pm. i am waiting for my car because previously with ford my service appointments would take no longer than an hour. since i purchased my car here in avondale toyota. both services i have received since my Toyota purchase it seems to be taking longer than an hour. lastly, i still waiting for my car to be done and auriana has not been at her desk or even presented herself. not sure why there is a person in the service department with appointments assigned when they are clearly unavailable. i was told my service would take up to 3 hours after being the last one checked in. thanks guys. i may just end up taking my toyota to get serviced at ford at this rate.
