If we could rate a ZERO we would! Brought in 4 new tires only for mount and balance, disposing of the old tires ourselves. Walked out with a $335.62 bill! They broke off a wheel stud, charged us without asking $120.00 in labor, $15.00 for parts, overcharged for valve stem replacements. We used them in the past, but this bill is ridiculous! We will not be back again.

They got me a good quality rebuilt one with a warranty on it. She drives amazing now and I am so thankful they were able to do such a good job in a short amount of time.
View on GoogleAfter having driven from California to Wisconsin, my car was due for an oil change. We found Tim’s South Side Auto, called to make an appointment and they told us to come on in. We were in and out of there within half an hour and were back on the road quickly. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Tim’s South Side Auto.

View on GoogleOn Monday, April 29, 2024, my front passenger side wheel bearing was winding very loudly. I called other repair services I have used in the past, and they were booked up for weeks. One of the repair shops recommended Tim's South Side Auto. I called them, and the lovely receptionist got me in on Wednesday. I took my vehicle out at lunchtime and the winding sound was louder. I called back to Tim's South Side Auto and told them the wheel bearing was getting worse and I probably shouldn't drive it too much longer. I asked if I could drop it off that night. The receptionist had to check with the owner who said it shouldn't be a problem. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told they could get it done on Tuesday. On Tuesday early afternoon Tim called me told me my vehicle was ready and gave me the cost for the repair. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I couldn't thank him enough for the quick service. I would definitely use Tim's South Side Auto again.
