Great service and exceptional attention to detail. Following a strong recommendation from a friend, both my husband and I use Mike’s Auto since relocating to this area. Dwayne manages the communication flawlessly and Robert manages everything. Together they have created an incredible working model for knowing and understanding your automobile. Their computerized system shows you exactly what is going on, what’s needed now and what to expect in the near and far future as well as cost analysis so you have the ability to plan for future repairs. I’ve never experienced such top tier care for my car thanks to this team.

I can not even speak higher about these guys they are phenominal. Gave me an entire inspection of my vehicle let me know exactly what was wrong, even shuttled my wife back and fourth to pick the car up. Unfortunately my cars tran is shot so that sucks but at least I got an honest complete diagnosis and now I know what to do moving forward. Somebody else said it before in the reviews, these guys dont charge enough, bring them beer! Didnt even charge for a full point inspection. Guys when I buy my new car I will definetly be taking it to you for any repairs or maintenance I need. Appreciate you guys and Im so glad I found this shop out here. Try to do all my work on my own, but when I cant its really nice to know Ive got someone trustworthy I can call on! Thanks again Rob and all the other guys thsg helped out! Super professional curteous staff, old school style shop how it used to be back in the day!

We always go to Mike’s with any car service we have. We have gone here for the past 8 years and they have always been so reliable and trustworthy. We had an issue and took our last vehicle to two other mechanics because it had to be towed, and both could not find the issue. When we took it to Mike’s, they took the time to figure out the issue and it was a very simple thing that the other mechanics did not take the time to find out. We will recommend Mike’s 100% to anyone!

One of the very best service experiences I've ever had at an auto repair facility. Dwyane (the service writer) was kind, and very knowledgeable. Informative with options and not pushy. Lead mechanic Rob was sharp and informative. Their prices seemed better than average and they delivered on time and on budget. I'll be back for sure and recommend you try them too!

From start to finish I felt genuinely well taken care of. As a woman walking into an auto shop it can sometimes feel intimidating. Personally I do not know a lot about cars and I want to bring my vehicle to a place where I won’t be taken advantage of. I felt completely comfortable bringing my car to Robert and his team. They all are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service.
