Can't say enough good things about this Polestar Service Center! They've taken care of all of my Polestar 2's front suspension issues under warranty and they went above and beyond every time by either providing a loaner car or dropping off my car for me. Jimmy and the crew really are the best! We're lucky to have them in this area!
View on GoogleNot the first time but about 3rd time in for service. 5 stars every time! First time had some minor warranty issue (moisture in tail light) Replaced under warranty. Second time was in for scheduled maintenance. 3rd time was for a windshield replacement. The service is great every time and issue is fixed/taken care on the first attempt. Couldn't ask for more.
View on GoogleOur experience with Polestar Bellevue was frustrating from start to finish. After waiting 18 months for our PS4, we were given less than a week over the holidays to finalize the purchase or lose the car. When we arrived to sign, the price increased by $2,500 due to a 'quote error,' a classic shady bait-and-switch tactic. Additionally, staff repeatedly promised 'Phone as Key' functionality, despite Polestar officially announcing the feature is currently unavailable (which we discovered after purchase). When we requested a second physical key to compensate this misinformation, our emails were ignored, and we were eventually told we had to pay for one. While we like the car, this dealership’s shady practices and poor communication make it hard to recommend.

I had a software glitch which affected cell connectivity and since I live over 2 hours away, Jimmy ran through the procedure with me on the phone. Everything worked great and I got the issue resolved at home. I'll be heading in there in a few weeks for my 40k checkup and I know my Polestar 2 is in good hands. Thanks so much!
View on GoogleThe service and parts people here are very nice and supportive. And every time I visited, they overcommunicate a lot with me and offer me photos of replaced parts. Btw polestar’s online reservation system has some time zone issues but you still can call them to confirm it.
