Been going here for years. Installs done right and tuned perfectly. Always make my stereo sound great. What makes them even better is if I ever have an issue or need help (like when I blew one of my subs) they’re happy to help and fix it for me fast and easy. Thanks Greg Jose and Scott
View on GoogleSharing a fabulous experience with a car alarm system. It started with Robert. He listened to what I needed, with patience and his expertise he proceeded to present options for me. He shared the information in detail with me on each option until I was satisfied. The technician did an awesome job on the installation. When I picked up my car Robert once again took the time to review the operation of the system with me. Robert and team exceeded my expectations two-fold. I highly recommend a visit. Casey, Mario TOO! can’t wait to get my tint done ✅. Great work and HONEST people. 10/10 recommend for MOBILE audio. Getting the 2 front doors tinted ASAP! Single dad life makes scheduling DIFFICULT, but FAST and PROFESSIONAL staff! Just swung by with a small issue, guess who had the right and left channels crossed 🙋🏻♂️🤣. Can’t recommend this place more ‼️🔊🔊. Everything is tied into the navigation, back up camera, steering wheel control system and TWO ALARMS.
View on GoogleI just bought 2004 Mustang convertible with great sound system already installed from Car Toys, one problem…no info on how to operate it ! Car Toys history with me was Bad as in smug, rude non helpful sales people, techs who were condescending and critical of the equipment that was in vehicle(s) I have (3)ML500 Mercedes, Lincoln Navigator and a Pt Cruiser, all with High Powered Stereo Systems… Alpine, Roc/Fosgate, Kenwood, JL Audio, All equipment Purchased and installed from a competitor because I guess the 1 to 3 grand wasn’t enough motivation for them to be polite. Wonder why they went Bankrupt ? Now you know. The Staff at Foss Audio Tukwila are great, polite knowledgeable and fixated on making the customer Happy…. In the ten minutes that ROBERT spent with me he showed/made ME push the right buttons and walked me through the whole system to make sure I Knew what to do when I left the store. Top of the day to him and the staff there and Thank You and you’ll be doing business on the Wife’s car soon, real soon. Thanks again Rob. Mo.
