NW Fleet is an exceptionally skilled, honest, and high-integrity team, and I couldn’t have asked for better people to trust with my bus. I flew from Florida to Washington to buy a Bluebird bus, and their technical expertise and thoroughness were the reason everything ultimately worked out. Chaz, Charles, Jesse, and the rest of the crew approached every part of the process with competence, transparency, and genuine care—incredibly rare and valuable in a shop! I brought the bus to them after discovering far more issues than my pre-purchase inspection had caught, and they handled it with patience and expertise. Chaz always kept me updated with texts, emails, and photos without me even having to ask, and Charles and the shop team went through the bus in detail, identifying problems I hadn’t even known to look for while still being very mindful of my budget. When I unexpectedly had to fly back home, they accommodated my schedule without hesitation, began the work as soon as I approved it, and stored the bus for a couple of months at a very fair rate—checking on it periodically and even resolving a couple of small leaks that were occurring. On top of all their skill and professionalism, they were genuinely kind and welcoming throughout—Chaz and Charles especially made a stressful situation feel manageable, and even invited us to their Thanksgiving potluck while we were stuck in town. View on GoogleStarted out with NW Fleet in Dupont working with Cody. As always he is great! Ended up taking our straight truck to NW Fleet in Tukwila and worked with Chaz to get the rest fixed. He was also great! They do good work and are communicative and know how to take care of their customers. The receptionist was also really nice, didn’t get her name though.
