Dropped my car off at 11 am for a brake inspection. Called at 4pm for an update and was told it wasn't ready. They asked me to come in 30 minutes later just to receive a quote. I left 5+ hours with no work done. To add to my frustration, I had rear rotors and brake pads replaced here in September 2025. Less than 9 months and 7,000 miles later, I'm being quoted for the same rear rotor work. I was never informed of any warranty on that previous repair. The staff which was Mike, wasn't rude but the communication and turnaround time need serious improvement. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

After the dealership quoted just under 12,000.00 for repairs (cam cover gasket leak, broken drivers side wheel axel) and several other service items we decided to get a second opinion at Greg’s. Greg’s reinspected and did a ultraviolet engine diagnostic and all recommended repairs were quoted at 4400.00, then we discussed every detail of the job they recommended and once we had a chance to discuss the service history in more detail we added spark plug replacement, serpentine belt replacement, a new starter and coolant flush because the dealership didn’t even include these important items that should be done or just made sense at 100,000 miles. They not only provided necessary repairs they made sure our vehicle was not going to break down or fail from other possible wear and tear conditions that are typical for the current miles and estimated next 6 months. We were in shock that many items had not been included in the recent quote or any previous ‘recent’ maintenance visits to dealer. Greg’s truly cares about the overall safety and operation of your car in the long term. Greg’s also recommended a engine and under carriage steam cleaning to remove oil that leaked everywhere when the cam cover gasket leaked ( the auto detailer they sent us to was reasonable price and they did a fantastic job!) . We plan to bring our car to Greg’s every 6-8 months for a check up, or as needed for shocks or other maintenance. With regular maintenance Greg’s is confident we will be able to keep our Subaru running it top shape for another 7, 8, even many more +++ years, and we are thrilled! Greg’s not only does great work, they have great connections to other services you may need that they don’t provide. You’ll get the best service and fair prices at Greg’s.

Brought my 2021 Toyota Tundra in for a pre purchase inspection. Brain was very helpful, and thorough with his inspection. He made sure to answer any questions I had and also gave his expert advise on parts of the vehicle to pay attention. He's service gave me peace of mind when I decided that day to move forward with the new vehicle purchase.

Went in for an oil change and brakes. Was told my wheel wouldn't come off so it might need new studs which I agreed to. Was not contacted for 5 days so I called and was told they were doing their due diligence to not damage my wheel. Was not contacted for another 3 days in which I call again and was told I was going to be sent an estimate. I received the estimate with the oil change, brakes, an allignment I didnt ask for, and noticable dollar amount for wheel parts (not including the studs) plus additional labor. I then went up to the shop 3 days later and when asked about the wheel parts the manager tried to lie to my face by saying that he called me and told me my wheel was damaged. The ONLY times I was called was days after dropping it off to go over work and then AFTER I got the estimate with wheel parts. I refused all work when I received the estimate via an email response and was still charged for an oil change at the cost of 95 dollars. I am now being refused my damaged wheel that I specifically stated I did not want thrown away in the email. The same manager Mike told me on the phone that since they replaced my wheel he is not going to give me my damaged wheel. I still have not seen the wheel 1 time. This was a very bad experience and an advertisement to be thorough when dealing with repair shops. Being a service technician in a different field myself this was very upsetting to see this type of behavior. Being accountable and upfront with customers is expected. This was shady to say the least, and also possibly theft of my damaged wheel i still have to research that.

Keith and Mike in the front office were friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. Their pricing is fair and their services quick. I’ll definitely be back.
